Return Policy
At BodiPerfect.com, we are committed to delivering high quality products to our customers. Several quality checks are employed before the merchandise leaves our warehouse.
If you receive a defective item, we will replace it and pay for your return shipping costs.
If we make a mistake and send you incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you for return postage as well and promptly send you your replacement pair.
Due to the intimate nature of our items and state health regulations, we regret that it is not possible for accept returns/exchanges. We provide for exchange only if we make a mistake in your order or you recieve merchandise that is defective. For international orders, there are no exchanges.
Please email us at service@bodiperfect.com for a return authorization number BEFORE returning any merchandise.
